Default AI Overclocking on a Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe board...

Is it any good? Does it actually work and how exaclty do you do it? I'm interested in using it since it can go up to 10% which would get my 3500 to 2.4ghz with ease, but do you just select 10% in the option and then save and quit and your done, or do you still have to mess around with the ram and HTT?

I used the BIOS on that board to OC. I am currently at 8% I think.
