Well, most likely you have to call the company and make a lie such as ohh i got a lot of viruses and spyware and i need to reformat and i need the windows xp cd. They should send one out for you but it wont come with a cd key, the cd key should be on the side of your computer panel or the back usually where all the big name corps but the sticker. If they dont send one out then your going to have to buy the cd which is pricy, but then again if you have the cd key i would just borrow a windows xp cd from someone and use your own cd key, or you could just download it, its not really illegal since you did pay for it when yuo bought the computer and you do have a legit cd key..Hope that cleard things up for you..
