Default AGP Fast Write and AGP 8X

I have a ATI Radeon 9600XT 128MB Vid Card and right now have Fast Write disabled and want to know whether I should enable it in my bios and would I get improved performance with it. Also what about enabling AGP 8X instead of 4X? Is it worth enabling?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

But I've been hearing that 8X doesn't make much of a difference since most games don't take full advantage of 4X. Also I forgot what AGP fast write does to increase performance.
