Default After Watching Video, Now Computer Restarts

Hi everyone,

I have an intel celeron processor/motherboard @ 1.3GHz, a 128MB Rosewill Gfx Card, and a maxtor 30GB HD, and a 350W power supply (and 512mb ram).

I was just watching an episode I downloaded from my DVD onto my computer of "Everybody Loves Raymond" on full screen and i noticed the quality was kind of on and off so I clicked to exit full screen and the whole computer turned off. Now, every time I turn it back on and try to do ANYTHING, the whole computer just keep restarting (usually @ the login screen or soon thereafter)...

It's weird because similar problems like this have occurred with the past TWO motherboards I've had to replace! I've tried replacing the PSU so I don't think that's a problem...

Whats going on? Thanks!
