Default after installing vista, cpu much hotter

After installing windows Vista... my processor is running MUCH hotter.

I have a intel core2quad Q6600... Idling at around 40C and it gets to around 55C when i play counter-strike 1.6.....

What heatsink should i get?

I want one that i can install without having to take off my motherboard.
