Default affordable desktop

hi, i'm looking to get a prebuild computer that is within the $300- $400 price range. it is for my sister who i think will only be surfing the web and watching videos on it. she isn't looking to do anything too demanding on it. i have built computers before but i don't want to be held esponsible / bothered with fixing any problems that may occure, but if needed i have no problems buying a computer with low ram and just installing more ram into it. thanx.

in that price range thats about the best your going to get.

if you were able to spend another 100 dollars on the other hand...

HUGE quality difference in just 100 dollars.
