Advice Please! New Computer!

Hey guys,

I want a computer that is excellent for gaming but also accessible to Microsoft XP: Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, Excel, Publisher etc. Which brand is of better quality? Which computer best fits these requirements? Help and advice is appreciated, think up some good names! Thx!

Well the cheapest way is to build a computer yourself.

Some highly trusted brands are, Alienware, FalconNorthwest, Voodoo and others.

A alternative that is not as good but more cost effective is IBuyPower.com They have some pretty nice systems for some good prices.

Yeah, I was thinking of Alienware, maybe Area-51, DHS etc. I don't think building a computer manually is going to work out though. But, is Alienware good quality?

They are the best quality out there. No other computer brand is more well respected than Alienware.

Advent, poweful and cheap. Will give you the Power for your application and not give too mjuch bother to Graphics. Therefore you can buy a seperate Graphics Card with the saved money to make it powerful.

Alienware are good - but will cost you a great deal of money more than its technically worth.
