advice on additional parts to build.

right now i have the following:
mobo: Asus Rampage 4 Extreme
Hard Drives: 3 Western Digital 3 TB Sata 3 64mb gona get 2 more and 1 ssd.
Power Supply: Ultra X4 Modular 1600 watts
Haven't gotten ram, cpu, graphic cards(case is big enough for 2 cards), liquid cooling(customized not necessary), 1 optical bay. Not too sure on the # of monitors at least 3 maybe 6.

You have 9TB now and if you add 2 more 3TB drives you'll have 15TB.
No disrespect intended but what the hell are you building?

Is this what you have? If so you got the wrong ones for a PC. These don't play well in a raid configuration. The primary use for these are in a camera system DVR.

Well the 3 that I have right now are basically for storage. Haven't gotten the other hard drives yet, probably going with 2 hard drives with 6gb transfer rates raid zero. ssd by it self for the OS and apps.

My bad, 1 western digital wd 20 earx 2tb, 2 seagates 2000 gb baracuda green 2tg 6gb transfer. Yea lol, guess there is grill session taking place. Bought these hard drives and motherboard feb. of last year and haven't bothered completing since. Life stuff kinda got in the way.
