when i hit OK this pops up:

I have uninstalled it and re-installed it but it still pops up.

I could only find one thing about this and there was'nt a solution.

Has this software ever worked?
If it has, have you made any changes to your system?

It might be worth running a test on your RAM with a program called memtest. You can get it here. http://www.memtest.org/

yes it has worked before. i don't think i made any changes to my system.

It looks like memtest has to boot from CD and i don't really want to risk it...
