Adobe Flash Player Problem

Ok so almost every time i go to watch a video on youtube this happends, it stops the video and after i click "Continue" another pop up appears saying "Windowns Internet Explorer, has encountered a problem and needs to close"...can anyone make any sense out of this for me and tell me how i can fix it? its super annouying, below is a screenshot i took of it when it happends.

youve tried the obvious things like updating flash right?

Uninstall flash player completely and give this a try;

Yea ive tried updating it and i just tried to instally flash player 10, i guess i idid it right. there wasnt any link that was simply "Adobe Flash Player 10 Download" so i thought it was the "Active X control" one and installed it after uninstalling my old version of flash player, well unfortunatly it still does not work, i get the error saying internet explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close.
