Default Administrative Accounts

is this a difference between Computer Administrator and Administrator?... on windows... IF "Administrator" even exists?

"Administrator" is a built-in Windows administration account - it can't be deleted or removed from the Administrators group.

Any account in the Administrators user group has full admin privileges.

"computer adminstrator" gives me full authorisation?..
