Default Additional Internal Hard Drives after Purchase?

I just purchased a Mac Pro and chose to include one extra 650GB hard drive. The system drive will be dedicated to running applications and the second drive will be for reading and writing mainly audio and some visual media. My question is: Given that The Mac Pro that I purchased has room for 4 internal hard drives, I can fill up the rest of the hard drive bays at an arbitrary time after purchase right?

Yea sure.

Just screw the SATA hard drive on the sled and slide it back in the tower.
