Default Adding SATA Drive, Degrated NVIDIA Mirror Raid

I'm just trying to add another hard drive to a system. When I plugged it in to the first available SATA port I got a red message stating Degraded Raid mirror. I don't want a RAID mirror, I just want an additional drive independent from the primary drive. Nvidia wanted to know all my systems specs and blah blah blah to help me with it like it's the first time they have ever encountered such a request. I guess Sandeep over in India needs all the information so he can consult his manual on how to address such a ground breaking request.

I'm going to try all the available SATA ports and see if I by chance don't get the error message. thanks for any insight!

So you have an Existing SATA Hardrive and you want another for RAID0? What operating system are you running? Are the drives identical?
