That one doesn't work with Vista. I tried installing, it says it only works up to XP.

first of all, that link doesn't even spell the company name correctly.
I'd stay away from it.
the free version supports vista 32 bit only. you have to buy the pro.

my link works for vista. i used it to create the partition im using atm

Go and get the Gparted cd (free online download) and boot off of that. It can resize things so easily compared to anything else.
