will the ASUS P6X58D-E LGA 1366 Intel X58 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard accept the a 130 watt processor (the Intel I7 960 bloomfield)?

Yes.

Do not buy the 960. Buy a 930 and overclock it yourself. It is the same chip.

yeah your right i looked at the price diff. and the 960 aint worth it im gonna got the 930

Exactly. The price range is huge compared to both. You can easily OC that 930 to get the specs of the 960

This is important as the the 930 won't dissipate any more heat running at 960 frequencies.

With a decent WC set up I reckon a smidge over 4.5Ghz is easy.
