Yes I'd assume so, though I don't know what aa is, yet I know that CounterStrike Source is pretty new, butits mostly CPU bound, and so, you should be able to play at Low settings at a rather good pace if everything else is okay.

As for Battlefield 1942, thats a rather old game, and so that should be fine at medium/High settings I'd imagine.

If you wanted the card to last a long time though, I'd look somewhere else, like for new games, etc.
