No Just take your time and follow the instructions, always use proper grounding, and do your research before you attempt it.

I cant hear it in my system when the fan speed is at 100%....

my system is not a very noisy system.

ThermalTake Saprano W/ 2X 120MM Fans + 90MM side Fan
+ 2X HD Coolers, Chipset Fan, Stock CPU Fan, 120MM Fan on my Rosewill PSU

and this VGA cooler.
