Default 8600 or 8800

Well im still thinkin either to get a very good 8600 ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130084 ) about $200 or a bad 8800 for $260( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814133193 ) and im also thinking of using sli but im pretty low on money, but do u think the 8800 would be better in the long run? Also im not sure if 2 8800 can fit in my case ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811156062 ).

Befire I pee in my pants for "bad 8800", I'll answer you.

8800GTS beats ANY 8600 series, hands down.

As for two of them for SLI, if one fits, the other will. Just watch for you hard drives.

I might get a 8600 of some sort. I'm not that hard core. I don't need 8xAA or anything. I can't really get high resolutions on a 19" LCD.

Yeah, as LHuser said, the 8800, no matter which will beat the 8600 no doubts...but if there is a tight budget and you can't afford an 8800, then the 8600 would still be a nice purchase.

I do agree with everyone above. May i reccomend the evga 8800 GTS 320 tho? I have had great luck with EVGA. their customer service is great. Also, if you register the card you get a life-time warranty.

PNY is good, but they are not my favorite. If you've had good luck with them in the past, then stick with it. I won't get insulted
