I'm curious:confused: , If you have a computer with a 802.11g card installed. Will it work with a 802.11n Router?

Yes, but you won't get N speeds or range with it. It will operate in G mode which is 54mbps max.

so then would a wireless-N card work with all other routers
but only get the speed that the router provides?

prolly but cos it is a draft revision i wouldnt say 100% that it would

Your wireless card and router have to be compatible. So you need for example an 802.11g router and an 802.11g card. Most 802.11n routers and cards are backward compatible, but that's something you need to check.

802.11n is 248 megabits/second, or 31 megabytes/second.
