it was installed before u add all the ram right?
because i froze up like crazy when i installed vista with more then 2g of ram
antec 900, q6600, 4G, 500G, 160G, 9800gtx, 780i, 47in 1080ptv, 5.1 surround sound

It could be many things but my money's on the FSB is not even close to the memory speed.
What is the FSB for that cpu chip?
What are the specs on the memory cards? DDR2 PCxxxx ? ECC or non ECC? Registered or not registered?
Need a whole lot more to go on other than it doesn't work...
