7900gtx

So i obtained this 7900GTX for free so i thought hey i would throw it in my system and see if i could make use of it. Well im not sure if its actually being used for anything or not. The physx settings dont tell me that one card is beig dedicated or squat. so can i actually use this thing?

there should be a drop down option that you can select and it will dedicate one card for PhysX

Well actually i dont think physx existed until the 8xxx series so im not sure if it would be possible. Do you think i would benefit from using the 7900gtx as my main card and 9800gtx+ as physx? the 7900gtx is actually a decently powerful card

Don't they calculate PhysX anyway, even when they're used as the main?
