Default 7600gt PSU?

Max Output:500 watts total

Rail Max Min
+5v 35A 0.5A
+12v1 17A 1A
+12v2 19A 1A
+3.3v 32A 0.5A
-12v 0.3A 0A
+5vsb 2A 0A

those are the amperage for my psu. nvida suggest 24 amps but which rail would affect that? and if my psu doesnt affect it wat psu should i get thats around 100 dollars because i just got this one and kinda mad that i cant support it. any help would be greatly appreciated.
