6600gt & a 350 w psu

As per the title i have a p.c with 350w psu, ime thinking off getting a gf 6600gt, so i can play BF 2 at a reasonable settings level, ive read somewhere that you can at a push run this card with 300 w source, so is it fair to assume i'll have enough power to run it with 350 w ?? thanks in advance for any feedeback.......Andy c uk

I'd get at least a 400 or more..

But you can run it with a 350..
