Default 650i vcore help

hi i got a msi 650i mobo and im tryin to change the vcore so i can overclock more but i cant seem to find it i found a thing called cpu voltage but it dosnt go over 1 its set to 0.0000v now what i was thinking is if you put it higher that add's to the current voltage because there is a section were it tell you all the temps and voltages

dont matter i found out myself and it is it dose add to the existing vcore
