Default Re: 64 bit P4!!!!

First of all, intel is a "reliable" processor for multitasking, although the AMD can multitask as good or better than intel, we will ignore that. AMD has a fsb of 1600-2000mhz, intel has a Top of 1066 in there 800 dollar cpu. AMD has been proved over and over again to be better at gaming, do not argue this. Intel is running 3.8 ghz at 32-bit and AMD is running 2.6 at 64-bit, so they can't really be compared. Its like comparing a runner (intel) to a bicycler(AMD) in terms of speed. They are on the same scale, adn AMD is still beating INtel ON an OS not even using the processor to its full potential, so intel is the overall loser, although it "may" have some strengths

-AMD 64- FX55- 1mb L2 cache 2.6 ghz
-MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum SLI NVIDIA nForce4 SLI mobo
-2 Leadtek nVIDIA GeForce 6800 Ultra 256MB GDDR3 256-PCI-E
-Crucial Ballistix 2GB DDR400 PC3200 at 450Mhz OC'ed
14,500 3d-mark03' score
