I do not know of any drives larger than 300G ATM. As for liquid cooling, it's a bit more complicated than you must thing because they take up a good amout of space with the pump, reservoir and all the connections. Besides, that would be rather pointless, IMO. I would think a good fan and heatsink could keep a harddrive pleanty cool. They don't give off half the heat a processor does
