Depends what you're doing. For quality gaming, you'll probably want 2 gigs.

if it's just cs 1.6 you'll get 100 fps with 1gig, don't drain yourself of cash over ram if you're just going to be playing 1.6, if it was something more heavy like.. oblivion or bf2 then i'd definitely go for the 2gb.

hi

id have to say if ur gonna put 4Gb RAM in a laptop your just gonna outpower your processor even with core2duo i wud say if ur gonna be runnin programs that need 4Gb RAM then get a desktop for half the price with 2 GB RAM and decent processor will run 10 X better than laptop

laptops are cool for mobility but just dnt have the power to compete with a desktop
