400psu enough for this setup

is this case with the psu of 400 "Ngear 0302 18IN Case P4 400W" (http://search.ncix.com/productdetail2.php?noheader=1&sku=10143)
enough to run 1X XFX Geforce 7600GT, core 2 duo E6300, gigabyte GA-965p S3, 2X 1GB Xms2 DDR2 667 memory, combo DVD with CD+RW drive, 320 seagate sata HDD ?

Should be ok. 400-450watts are good for entry level PC with those specs.

Id go 450W just because of the 2gb ram, large hdd, and both the disk drives.

and this hsf does support the mobo and processor i pick right?

That wouldn't matter. But, that PSU comes with the case, and those typically are pretty bad. I wouldn't even bother plugging it up; just get a nice aftermarket one. You won't regret it.

Yes, that 400W PSU should fare well with those components, they don't suck up that much power anyhow.

This one PSU, 550W's with 18Amps did well in my Nforce 3 250GB Chipset (last year) I got 1.8GHZ to 2.55GHZ (1.4V to 1.7)
