$400 build for a friend

AM2+ is a great platform
and DDR2 works just as good.
if someone is asking for a PC for 400$ they should knwo they arnt getting max everything.


my pc runs everything Max and i have a AM2+ quad core and 1066DDR2 OCZ Gold @ 1090Mhz.
