Default $400 build for a friend

A friend of mine wants a decent PC, he's a light gamer and doesn't game too much. He just wants a PC that's able to play most games well.

BUDGET: $400

Newegg links please!

EDIT: He already has an OS and mouse and keyboard...also a monitor.

Just PC parts. Including a case.

$400 is a little hard to work with but here's my shot:

Case $59.99(Antec 300): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811129042

Motherboard $59.99: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813135250

Processor $90.99(Dual core 3.1ghz): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103680

Hard drive $47.99: (320gb) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822136098

Ram $52.99(2gb Kingston): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820134790

Power Supply $29.97(Cooler Master 460W): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817171028

Graphics card (9500gt) $49.99: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814500143

Total: $400.93 shipped

This build is hoping he has a cd-rom drive laying around.

Strengths in the build are the Case and Processor
Weaknesses are the 2gb of ram and the graphics capabilities. (wondering what the max resolution on the monitor he has now is)

Beta EVO, which IMO is better than the 300, for $40.

Great build. I think he wants Intel, can you change anything out for it?

I think his monitor maxes out at 1400x900
