3gb of ram with 167MHz frequency bad?

So i have 2 512MB and 2 1gig sticks of ram and CPU-Z is saying my frequency is 167MHz. Is this not normal for what I have? Its DDR400 Ram

It should be 200MHZ, as it;s duble the speed, but...is there DDR333 in there?

cheap no. just older tech. it is still good.

since DDR2 came out speeds have gone up. the ram in my sig is DDR2-800. I have seen some in the upwards of 1111MHz (PC 8000 i belive)
