Everyone says that the GTS 250 is a "rebranded" 9800 like it's some sort of a bad thing. Well the 9800 series is a rebranded 8800 series card. They all use the G92 GPU which has incredible potential and has a low price, too. The GTS250 does infact use the G92, but it has raised clocks, and a better architecture.

The GTS250 will slightly outperform a 4850, definitely not a 4870.

there are better psus in that price range, a few 700w OCZs, an Antec 650w and a Corsair 650w (which is $99.99 with a $10 MIR to make the final cost $89.99), those would all be better options for psus for that system, Rosewill psus aren't renowned for their quality...
