Default 2 wifi cards 2 isp's

Hi guys I am wondering if I can have 2 wifi cards in my pc (1 dongle 1 PCI-e) and increase my speed

Now I have 2 apartments each one with there own isp's getting around 300kbps download each

What I am wondering is, can I connect to the 2 routers and increase my speed. Is this possible

Thanks

As far as I am aware you can't increase your speed as each router will have its own QOS and you can't merge them.

I've never done this without enterprise load balancing... but someone apparently got it to work here.
