Lightbulb 2 Separate Raids on 4 SATA Ports

Hello All,

I am preparing to purchase a mother board with 4 SATA ports (similar to ASUS AT3IONT-I). I was wondering if I had 2 - 1.5 TB hard drives connected in RAID 0 could I connect a separate pair of 1.5 TB hard drives and run those as RAID 0?

Thanks,

MT

Why not put all 4 drives together in raid 0?

I can't put all 4 as raid 0 because 2 of the drives must be encrypted and the others not encrypted
