Default 2 Harddrives, SATA, IDE, Can I choose which to Boot from?

I have XP on one and Linux on Another, can I choose which one to boot from?

Yes u shud be able to select which drive to boot from in the bios. Depending on what Motherboard and bios u have. Also SATA tend to be faster than IDE (sata1 not much faster than ide133 tho) so its better, IMO to put windows onto the SATA if it isnt already on there as this is the most demanding operating system and the SATA might boost the speed.
