I got it running... I just took out all the jumpers! Thanks MarxSoccer! And thanks to all else who helped!

just hearing that your using ata100 makes me want to buy you sata drives. and you can make jumpers, just take a SMALL piece of plastice and carve out a U shape, then line it with aluminum foil
