Default 16 Bit windows Subsystem error!!! AHH

Anytime I try to install a program this pops up. Can anyone please help!?

Try going here:

http://www.visualtour.com/downloads/default.asp

Browse down until you find XP_FIX.EXE and download that (2nd file from the top). It will automatically fix the corrupt files.

This worked for me.
