just a suggestion, you could go for an AM2 processor/motherboard and take advantage of ddr2 since socket939 motherboards do not support ddr2 RAM

Yeah you could do that too, I will edit my first post with AM2 options also.

what about a pretty good sound card??!?!?...just get better sound and a couple more fps...always good...also in the future maybe the physx card
