15" LCD red pixels (interesting)

My LCD can be working normally then all of a sudden a red pixels will appear for particular on areas of certain... a colour picket shows it up on alot of colours

drag the window and problems follows:

(i guess maybe it's heat, that would explain why it starts after little while -> components get hot).

Could it be something simple like a FET blowing? Do MOSFETS work specifically on a particular colour. The transformer/inverter always sounds a bit noisy, maybe that could be causing a problem? Any ideas for a fix?

Does it just occur when playing films such as in the example or does it occur all the time? It could be a heat issue - what sort of temps are you running at? It'd also make sense to grab the latest drivers just in case that fixes things.
