Exclamation 100mhz/Auto Switch On My Motherboard?!?

I am building a new comp after xmas n theres just 1 last thing thats confusing me. Theres a switch on my new gigabyte motherboard that can either be switched to on or off. It says on means it sets the 'system bus frequency' to run at 100mhz. But if it is switched to off it will automatically support fsb 266/333/400 mhz cpu. It will have a sempron 2800+ fitted in it, can somebody tell me which position this switch should be? Thanks!

if it switches to fsb 100mhz your cpu fsb will be at 100 mhz. DONT SWITCH IT ON.
