What is the easiest way to set up and manage Wordpress Multi-User?
Any advice?
Any copy of WordPress can have multiple users editing the posts.
You could try Wordpress.com, they'll host it for free but you don't have that much control over your blog (I use it for my TFB blog). I use HostGator for my other website, they have great hosting. Other options are Siteground or Dreamhost.
Any host with PHP and MySQL enabled is good, really.
