Recommended VPS Hosting??

hunting around but there is so much about....any recommendations?? we require, if possible..

ASP.NET
SQL SERVER 2000 or 2005
Web Based Admin Control Panel(plesk/virtuozzo etc)
Remote Desktop Access
Backup and Restore functionality

A good server (HP DL320/Dell Blade or similar)
Large amount of disk space
High bandwidth allowance (unlimited if possible)

At the moment, a lot of people are skipping VPS's because they don't have enough power. I would suggest going with a dedicated machine, at the mo you can get one for around $100 US a month.
