Picture hosting problem.
Whenever I try to upload a picture on to a site like tiny pic it doesn't upload and my whole internet crashes. I have uploaded pictures on to tiny pic before and this has never happened to me before. Please help.

I believe you should ask it at software section something wrong with your browser/OS
