Hi,
I can tell you from experience that Debian and CentOS are very stable. Debian is an OS that a lot of people use as it is what Ubuntu is written from. CentOS is basically RHEL without support. So it is downstream from RHEL in that it gets all the packages that RHEL gets just after them.
