We provide realistic support using a ticketing system that is available 24x7, We do everything we can to give our customers extensive information for questions they may ask. We do our best to reply within 30 minutes of a ticket being submitted, this may change if your question requires a large amount of information to be replied (i.e) Third party installation scripts that are not available on your control panel, MySQL database malfunctions and other lengthy procedures. Well, at least we are honest.

Live Support - One-on-One

We also have a 24x7 live support service which is usually used for sales advice but is also available to customers that need urgent support (i.e) lost passwords or customers having trouble accessing there support ticket account

eXtend Control Panel

We use an advanced control panel called eXtend Cpanel, It is very similar to Cpanel 11 but I feel it runs a bit smoother but its each to there own opinion. This control panel comes with lots of web statistics programs and 1-Click Installation Scripts like Drupal CMS, PHPBB2 and PHPBB 3, Joomla 1.5 / Joomla 1.7
