Well, from all the suggested web host, ch-center.com EU dedicated servers look to be the best option here.

Server uptime 99.99% and support i rarely use it since i am a webmaster. They are simply the best when it comes to web hosting, the pricing is fantastic and the customer support is top Notch. |

If you ask me, I consider aspnix.com to be the best place to get dedicated servers in Europe.
So far, you will experience any downtime, and the servers will be fast. I have used several other hosts, but none offer the rock-solid operation that this host does. |
