Dell Precison Workstation 650 - Setting Up A Server Help

I have just got a Dell Workstation 650 Server / Workstation Im wondering if anybody knows off how to set up a server I have the computer but im new to all this and im wanting to set up a GTA SAMP Server and i need a vps So i bought the dell. Im researching on how to set it up while waiting for a monitor attachment. Can anybody tell me snything about how to set it up or a website they know
