How effective is community forum in fixing issues?
What do you think of the companies - webhostgiant, godaddy, etc. - which have tit on their web sites?

I can say that much depends on the company's staff. when I dealt with serverpoint I have used their forum pretty often to solve some issues being much efficient.

Really serverpoint.com looks to be much better that the hosts you have named at OP, so I believe you'd better draw attention to this host. I think it's worth of.

Yeah, forums are great, especially when the company you are using is professional... In fact everything considering efficiency depends on the company. The means of support, no matter which are they, are just secondary.

Think community forum is an effective way of resolving issues.
Webhostgiant as well as many other companies know about that that's why they offer it.
I tend to trust such like companies.

I enjoy when a hosting company has a community forum on their web sites.
It means they wants to help their clients quickly as it's an effective method of helping their customers.
Say a2hosting.com has it too.
