Amazon web services

Hi,
Having major communication issues with Amazon Web Services. Not being technical but have inherited web hosting/internet duties. I cannot speak to anyone at Amazon without signing up for a horrendously expensive support package. Is there any way around this or a 3rd party that can give some advice? My problem is that my DNS server points to an Amazon EC2 server but there are no "instances" showing on the Amazon Control Panel just a secure link back to my own server. Need some advice please.

If you do not know how to do that why don't you ask your web hosting company about that?
