Windows Media Player Problem

Hi all,

I need help!!! A customer of mine reported this to me, and I haven't come across it b4, so hopefully one of you guy/girls have

He can access the Internet, talk on MSN etc, etc very happily without any probs however, Windows Media Player 10 wont recognise his internet connection. Comes up with reporting that he is not connected to the net, but he obviously is. Only options he has are to cancel it, or try again!

Anyone come across this before??

Nope...he's on a private network with no proxies or filtering.

OS wise, running Windows XP with default permissions
